When you submit a trip enquiry, Bhutan Magic stores the details you provide, the page segment and any campaign source attached to the visit. We use them to respond to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and understand which marketing brings relevant requests.

We may share your enquiry with the Bhutanese tour operator preparing your trip proposal. We do not sell enquiry details to unrelated companies. Contact us using the address shown in our reply to request access to, or deletion of, your enquiry. We retain enquiries only as long as needed for follow-up and business records.

This notice should be reviewed and completed with the operating company name and contact email before launch.
